   Sample: What are your sample terms?
   We gladly offer samples before bulk orders. Sample preparation times: For simple glass candles, 3 days suffice. For items with printed packaging, expect around 7 to 14 working days.
3. Sample Charges: Typically, samples are complimentary; you only need to cover the express shipping costs.edFor OEM items, sample costs are applicable, but these can be refunded once you place an order.
4. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): What is the minimum order quantity? --This depends on the specific items. Generally, our MOQ is 1,000 units for standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. However, for glass candles with lids or additional decorations such as wreaths and metal tags, the quantity requirements may be higher.
5. Payment Terms: How do we arrange the payment?
   T/T: Telegraphic Transfer (Wire Transfer), requires a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading copy.
   L/C 100% Irrevocable At Sight: Applicable for orders exceeding a value of US$20,000.
6. Shipment: What kind of shipment will you use?
   By Ocean: Our usual method for shipping bulk quantities is via sea freight. All shipments are loaded from the port of Qingdao. By Airway: This option is available for smaller volume orders or urgent deliveries.
