Sample Terms: What are your sample conditions?
We offer samples prior to bulk orders. Sample preparation time: For simple glass candles, it takes about 3 days. For items with printed packaging, it takes approximately 7 to 14 working days.
- Sample Charges Explained: Typically, samples are free except for express costs, which need to be covered. For OEM items, sample costs apply, but this cost can be refunded upon placing an order.
- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): What is your minimum order requirement? --It varies by item. Generally, our MOQ is 1000 units for standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. For glass candles with lids or additional decorations like wreaths or metal tags, the quantity may be higher.
- Payment Terms: How is the payment arranged?
T/T: Telegraphic transfer (wire transfer), with a 30% deposit, and the balance payable against a copy of the B/L.
L/C 100% Irrevocable At Sight: Applicable for orders exceeding US$20,000.

By Ocean: We typically ship bulk orders by sea, with the loaded port being Qingdao. By Airway: Ideal for smaller volume orders or urgent requirements.
