1. OEM or Custom Order: Could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory? 
2. We welcome OEM or Custom Orders. We can put your own brand/Logo or you provide your design and tech pack to us, we make sample as your request, and meet your target price. Some times our clients even just tell us some inspirations and fashion trend, we can make the whole range for customes. 
3. Price: How can I get your price list? 
4. Simply send us your requirements and tell us the products you are interested in and we'll reply you within 24 hours. 
5. Sample: What is your sample term? 
6. We can offer samples before bulk order. Samples time: For simple glass candle, 3 days is ok. For items with printed packaging, around7~14 working days. 
7. Samples charge: Usually sample will be free only need express costs collected, for OEM item, sample costs will be needed, but the cost could be refund upon the order. 
8. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): What is the minimum order quantity? --Depends on the itmes. Normally our MOQ is 1000 units for normal glass jar candle or reed diffuser set. For glass candles with lid or other decorations such as wreaths, meatal tags etc, quantity may be higher. 
9. Payment Terms: How do we arrange the payment? 
10. T/T: Telegraphic transfer (wire transfer), 30% deposit, balance against copy of B/L. 
11. L/C 100% Irrevocable At Sight: Order value amount more than US$20, 000. 
12. Shipment: What kind of shipment will you use? 
13. By Ocean: We usually ship the bulk by sea. The loaded port is Qingdao. By Airway: Normally, it's for some small volumes orders or in urgent condition. 
14. Placing order: How to place an order? --Email order details to us including items No., quantity, destination port, destination countries, consignee's information, notify party, etc. We will issue the Proforma Invoice with details within 24 hours.
