2. Pricing: How do I obtain your price list?
   Simply send us your requirements and indicate the products you're interested in. We will respond within 24 hours.
   Samples: What are your sample terms?
   We are pleased to offer samples prior to bulk orders. Sample lead times: For simple glass candles, samples are ready in 3 days. For items with printed packaging, expect 7 to 14 working days.
3. Sample Charge: Typically, our samples are complimentary; however, express shipping costs need to be collected.For customized OEM items, there will be sample costs involved,but rest assured, the cost can be fully refunded upon placing an order.
4. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): What is the minimum order quantity? Thisvariesdepending on the items. Generally,our standard MOQ stands at 1000units for standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. For glass candles with lids or additional embellishments like wreaths, metal tags, etc., a higher quantity may be required.
5. Payment Terms: How do we arrange the payment?
   T/T: Telegraphic transfer (wire transfer) is accepted with a 30% deposit required, and the balance payable against a copy of B/L.
   L/C 100% Irrevocable At Sight: Applicable for order values exceeding US$20,000.
6. Shipment: What kind of shipment will you use?
   By Ocean: Our preferred method for bulk shipments is via sea. The loaded port originates from Qingdao. By Airway: This is generally reserved for small volume orders or urgent requests.
7. Placing an Order: How to place an order? --Simply email us with your order details, including item numbers, quantities, destination port, destination countries, consignee's information, notify party, etc. We will promptly respond with a Proforma Invoice detailing everything within 24 hours.
