OEM or Custom Order: Are you looking to create your own brand products? We welcome OEM or Custom Orders. You can have your own brand/logo on our products or provide your design for us to create. We can make samples based on your requests and meet your target price.
Price: To get our price list, simply send us your requirements and the products you are interested in, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
Sample: We offer samples before bulk orders. Sample times vary depending on the product complexity, ranging from 3 days for simple glass candles to 7-14 working days for items with printed packaging.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Our MOQ is typically 1000 units for normal glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. Quantities may be higher for items with additional decorations.
Payment Terms: Payment can be arranged via T/T (Telegraphic transfer) with a 30% deposit and balance against copy of B/L, or L/C 100% Irrevocable At Sight for orders over US$20,000.
Shipment: We ship bulk orders by sea from Qingdao port. Airway shipment is available for small volumes or urgent orders.
