3. Sample Charges: We are delighted to offer complimentary samples with only the express shipping fees to be covered by you.edFor OEM items, sample costs will apply initially; however, these costs could be refunded upon placing a confirmed order.
4. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): What is the minimum order quantity? --It varies based on the items. Typically,our MOQ stands at 1000 units for our standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. For candles adorned with lids or other embellishments like wreaths, metal tags, etc., the minimum quantity may be higher. for normal glass jar candle or reed diffuser set. For glass candles with lid or other decorations such as wreaths, meatal tags etc, quantity may be higher.
5. Payment Terms: What are the payment arrangements?
   T/T: Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer) with a 30% deposit upfront, and the balance payable against a copy of the B/L (Bill of Lading).
   L/C 100% Irrevocable At Sight: For orders exceeding a value of US$20,000.
6. Shipment: Which methods of shipment are available?
   By Ocean: We typically dispatch bulk shipments via sea freight. The designated port of loading is Qingdao. By Airway: This option is usually reserved for smaller volume orders or when time is of the essence.
