- OEM or Custom Order: Could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?
We welcome OEM or Custom Orders. We can put your own brand/Logo or you provide your design and tech pack to us, we make sample as your request, and meet your target price. Some times our clients even just tell us some inspirations and fashion trend, we can make the whole range for customes.
- Price: How can I get your price list?
Simply inform us of your requirements and the products you are interested in, and we promise to provide a detailed reply within 24 hours.
Sample: What is your sample policy?
We are pleased to offer samples before you place a bulk order. Sample preparation time: For simple glass candles, 3 days is sufficient. For items with printed packaging, it typically takes around 7 to 14 working days.
- Sample charges: Usually, samples are free of charge, but express shipping costs will be collected.ed, for OEM items, sample costs will be applicable; however, these costs are refundable upon placing an order.
- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): What is the minimum quantity required for an order? --It depends on the items. Normally, our MOQ is 1000 units for standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. For glass candles with lids or other decorative elements such as wreaths and metal tags, the quantity requirement may be higher.
- Payment Terms: How do we arrange the payment?
T/T: Telegraphic transfer (wire transfer), 30% deposit, balance against the copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
L/C 100% Irrevocable At Sight: Applicable for order values exceeding US$20,000.
- Shipment: What types of shipment methods are available?
By Ocean: We generally ship the bulk orders by sea. The loading port is Qingdao. By Airway: Typically used for small volume orders or urgent shipments.
- Placing an order: How do I place an order? --Email the order details to us, including item numbers, quantities, destination port, destination countries, consignee's information, notify party, etc. We will issue the Proforma Invoice with all details within 24 hours.
