   We can offer Before placing a bulk order, it is essential to inspect samples. Sample preparation is quick and efficient: For our simple glass candle, we require just 3 days. For items with custom printed packaging, please allow approximately 7 to 14 working days for completion.
3. Sample charges: Typically, our samples are complimentary; however, express delivery costs are to be shouldered by the recipient.considerFor OEM items, a sample fee is applicable, but rest assured, this fee is refundable when you place an order.
4. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): What is the smallest quantity you can order? --This varies with the product type.    We offer T/T, a telegraphic transfer (wire transfer) system, which requires a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due against the copy of the B/L.
   L/C 100% Irrevocable At Sight: Available for orders exceeding a value of US$20,000.
6. Shipment: How will the products be shipped?
   By Ocean: Our preferred method of transporting bulk shipments is by sea. The departure port used for our shipments is Qingdao. For smaller orders or urgent shipments, we typically use air transport.
