Samples Charge Information: Typically, samples are complimentary; the only cost to consider is the express shipping, which is collected on delivery.ForOEM items, there will be a sample cost involved. However, this initial cost is refundable upon placing your order, ensuring a risk-free experience.
4. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): What is the minimum order quantity? --The minimum order quantity varies depending on the items. Generally,our standard MOQ stands at 1000 units for our exquisite glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. For glass candles featuring lids or adorned with decorations like wreaths, metal tags, etc., a higher quantity might be required.
5. Payment Terms: How do we arrange the payment?
   T/T: Telegraphic transfer (wire transfer) with a 30% deposit upfront, and the remaining balance due against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
   L/C: 100% irrevocable letter of credit at sight for orders exceeding a value of US$20,000.
6. Shipment: What kind of shipment will you use?
   By Ocean: Typically, our bulk shipments embark through sea freight. The primary loading port is Qingdao, ensuring efficient connectivity. By Airway: Ideal for smaller volume orders or when time is of the essence, allowing for quick delivery.
