   Sample: What are your sample terms?
   We are able to offer samples prior to bulk orders. Sample timeframe: For simple glass candles, a 3-day turnaround is sufficient. Items with printed packaging require approximately 7 to 14 working days.
3. Samples charge: We are delighted to offer samples complimentary, with the sole requirement being that you cover the express shipping costs.edFor tailored OEM items, a sample fee is required; however, this fee may be reimbursed upon placing an order.
4. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): What is the minimum order quantity? --The MOQ varies depending on the items. Generally, our MOQ stands at 1000 units for regular glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. For glass candles with lids or additional embellishments like wreaths, metal tags, etc., the required quantity may be higher.
5. Payment Terms: How do we arrange the payment?
   T/T: Telegraphic transfer (wire transfer), requires a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading copy.
   L/C 100% Irrevocable At Sight: Applicable for orders exceeding US$20,000.
6. Shipment: What kind of shipment will you use?
   By Ocean: Our typical method for shipping bulk orders is via sea freight. The primary port of loading is Qingdao. By Airway: This option is generally reserved for smaller volume orders or urgent deliveries.
